| | I'm up late watching one of my all-time favorite movies. I'm watching it on my big screen for the first time. This movie has to be watched at night in the dark. Never mind that most of my friends find just a little creep, I like it. It has so many good lines: "No, that's not it. Where'd she learn that rubbish? It doesn't even start with 'I wish.'" - Goblin "Shows what you know, don't it?" - Hoggle "Did you just say hello?" - Sarah "No, I said allo, but that's close enough." - Worm "If she'd have kept on going down that way, she'd have gone straigh to the castle." - Worm "Oh, don't sound so smart. You don't even know what an obliette is." - Hoggle "I told her I was going to help her slove the labyrinh, a little trickery on my part, but actually --" - Hoggle "I ain't lost my head." - Hoggle "Hey! Her head don't come off." - Firey "Of course it doesn't." - Sarah "Such a pity." - Jareth "It's all junk." - Sarah "Well, if that is the way it is done, then that is the way you must do it." - Sir Dydimus "You have no power over me!" - Sarah
I like how my favorite character is the one with all the nasty sarcastic lines. He has major character development by the end tho, so it's all good. The thing is, his sappy lines don't make for good quotes. Oh well. So there you have it the best of the labyrinth in 12 short lines. If you ever get the chance, I highly recomend seeing it. Not to be confused with "Pan's Labyrinth," which I havn't actually seen, but heard that it was very disturbing. | Currently Watching Labyrinth (Collector's Edition Boxed Set) By David Bowie, Jennifer Connelly, Toby Froud, Shelley Thompson, Christopher Malcolm, Natalie Finland, Shari Weiser, Brian Henson, Ron Mueck, Rob Mills, Dave Goelz, David Alan Barclay, David Shaughnessy, Karen Prell, Timothy Bateson, Frank Oz, Michael Hordern, Denise Bryer, Steve Whitmire, Kevin Clash see related |
